We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, here is our refund policy.

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Return

1. Email us at gigagear28@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
4. We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
