30-Day Return Policy

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

1. Email gigagear28@gmail.com with your order number.
2. Tell us which items you would like to return and why.
3. We will send you the return address and instructions.
4. Package your items securely and ship them back.
5. We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the items.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Received a damaged or faulty product? Contact us within 7 days with photos and we will send a replacement or full refund — including return shipping.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
